Fall in Northern Michigan

A few weeks ago I went out photo walking with my son David who works at Omega Electric and Sign in Alpena, Michigan. We went out during the “golden hour” in the evening. This really made the colors of the leaves pop! After the sun went down, we went to the Presque Isle Light and tried our hand at astro photography. This was a first real attempt for both of us. This is what I got.

I did learn some things and pretty much got what I am going to get out of the lenses that I own. I think next time we try this, we will rent some lenses.
